Rexflo Return Policy:
By placing an order from Rexflo, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions listed on this page.
All products return require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizaton) number from Rexflo. Please fill out and submit an RMA form. You will receive a response after we review your request within 1 or 2 business days.
*Products returned must be received by Rexflo within 30 days from your invoice date.
*The customer is responsible for sending the returned products to Rexflo
*All returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will wave this RMA restocking fee on items that we are able to verify as defective.
*Shipping fees are not refundable
Rexflo provides a 14-day refund or 30-day replacement warranty for all products with the following exceptions listed below:
1. Any product not purchased from Rexflo.com
2. Any product that is no longer in brand new, unopened condition.
3. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed
4. Any product that is returned to us without the original packaging, accessories, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which it was received.
5. Any products described as "not refundable", "open-box", "refurbished" , "close-out" are not eligible for refund
6. Any product with a missing or altered serial number
7. Any product that exhibits physical damage either to the product itself or to the original packing material/accessories.
Please verify that your products are eligible for return before requesting an RMA number. Products are not eligible for return will be shipped back to you.
All defective items will be tested by our RMA department. If the item is tested to be in working condition, the RMA will be rejected and the item will be returned to you.
